By choosing Dutch Renting to rent out your home, you have come to the right place. To get to know each other better, we will make an appointment with you and explain our services, details about the typical tenants, discuss the current rental market conditions and formulate expectations.


We want to provide you with a screened and reliable (expat) tenant, regular rental income and a hassle-free process.


More importantly, we'd love to hear about your plans: are you looking for a fixed-term tenant while working abroad, are you looking for rental income from an investment property?

OUR APPROACH

Orientation meeting and advice

    We make an appointment whenever you want, at your home or, if you prefer, at our office. We will walk you through our services and our rates, the possibilities and limitations regarding rental rules and give you an indication of the rental income of your property. This is an orientation meeting only. There are no costs involved and you are not obliged to use the services of Dutch Renting.


Photo's

    Professional-quality photos help your home stand out in a competitive rental landscape. If you don't already have good images, Dutch Renting will photograph your property ready for presentation to prospective tenants. Dutch Renting offers advice on how to prepare your home for a photo shoot to ensure it is captured as accurately as possible.


Marketing

    We use a mix of online (internet) and offline promotion.Online: not only is your property advertised on our own website, but your property is also advertised on the most popular websites in the Netherlands, including Pararius.Offline: your property is also promoted in our own corporate network, expat communities and on relevant social media. Our goal is to create maximum exposure in channels that match the profile of customers that are suitable for your property.


Viewings

    We accompany your viewings of your property with prospective tenants. In the event that we have a set of keys available, viewings can be scheduled more flexibly and at short notice.


Screening of tenants

    For each tenant - prior to finalizing a rental agreement - we ask for a copy of their passport, proof of salary or income and proof of employment status.


Rental agreements

    If it is important that the leases reflect both the landlord's and tenant's requirements. At Dutch Renting, we will carefully review the draft tenancy agreement with you before finalizing to ensure the security and flexibility you are looking for are reflected in the contract.


Check-in / Check-out

    A hassle-free check-out starts with a well-documented check-in. Dutch Renting is present at check-in to verify the condition of the property at the start of the rental period and to document it in an inspection report. This report forms the basis for the settlement of any discussions about damage, replacement, repair and cleaning
